Science of Life

Planet earth is home to a wondrous assortment of living things. In Science of Life, campers design their own experiments, conduct field research and collect data in visits to different habitats around the Park School campus, Larz Anderson Park, local zoos, and museums. We’ll learn about diversity by examining a variety of traditional experimental plants and animals. We work with both preserved specimens (bones, furs, whole animals), as well as living creatures and are careful to treat all of our experimental organisms humanely. This is a hands-on experience that any young science fanatic won’t want to miss!
