Marine Biology

Get ready to get wet with Future Marine Biologists at Summer at Park! Massachusetts is a great place to discover different types of marine communities. From the sandy beaches to rocky tide pools, salt marshes to mudflats, and even out to the great Stellwagen Bank (a summer home to many humpback whales) --- we'll see it all! We'll take a hands-on approach and meet the sharks and seals of New England. We'll learn more about the predators of the deep sea and maybe even spy some in the wild! Enjoy this full immersion experience of what the ocean has to offer you. And when you get tired of catching creatures, we can build a sandcastle and splash in the waves!
